Luis Colon APRN has a military background and has been working as a Nurse Practitioner for decades. He has extensive experience working in Neurosurgery seeing complex neurosurgical cases followed by many years in Interventional pain management seeing patients from all walks of life, evaluating them for their pain generator and doing injections to help their pain and thus making a difference in their lives. Luis has a sharp eye for Aesthetics and he is an expert Injector for Botox and Dysport. His Interests & expertise include Medical Weight Loss and Aesthetic Enhancement using Neogen PSR system, Male Erectile Enhancement with PRP, SHock Wave Therapy & Botulinum Toxin Injections, and Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for Hair Restoration & Facial Aesthetics and Pain. He has a keen interest in Regenerative Medicine having worked alongside Dr. Rehman for many years and is an advanced Injector and expert in his discipline.

He is Bilingual and cares for his old ailing mother and is a God fearing family man.

LINDSAY BURDEN APRN

Lindsay Burden, APRN started her career with Dr. Rehman in 2007 as a Medical Assistant and due to her intelligence, she was soon reading MRI and X Ray films and pointing to Dr. Rehman where the patients problem lies. Due to her sharp analytical skills and eagerness to learn and do more, she went to University and did her nursing and finished her Nurse Practitoner Education to become an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Her main focus has been spine and pand related pain management procedures. She has also excelled in Botulinum Toxin and related injections. She is focused on family and kids and has been an integral co traveller in medical life with Dr. Rehman.

Samantha Barry, APRN

Samantha Barry is a compassionate and empathetic Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner based in Jacksonville, FL, with 19 years of extensive experience in providing acute care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management to diverse populations. Her dedication to elite quality patient-centered care has earned her recognition, including the Five Star PRC Excellence Award in 2020 and 2021 for outstanding response to Overall Quality of Provider Care. With a background in diagnostic tests ordering, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and medication dosage determination, Samantha excels in patient care. She is known for her problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail in delivering standards of care. Samantha’s expertise includes patient education, and prescribing appropriate treatments to ensure patient health and comfort. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she collaborates with medical teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans for chronic conditions and provides preventive care. Samantha’s qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management, Masters in Nursing, certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of healthcare.

ELVIRA SAMARDZIC

I started my career as a medical interpreter, which was a fantastic introduction to the world of healthcare. After graduating from nursing school, I had the privilege of working as an RN at Mayo Clinic, where I explored various departments and learned so much along the way. I then decided to continue my education and completed my graduate studies at Jacksonville University in 2012, followed by Post Graduate Studies in 2014. I’m board-certified in Family Medicine and have specialized training in Aesthetics, Pain, Hospitalist Medicine, Pulmonary, Sleep, and Critical Care Medicine.

My goal is to keep expanding my medical knowledge and use it to help others achieve their best selves. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing the positive results of my work.

Family and faith are at the center of my life—I start and end each day with prayers and believe in the power of miracles. I cherish the time I spend with my loved ones, but I also value quiet moments, where I find inspiration for new ideas. Originally from Yugoslavia, I moved to the US in 1996 and still love visiting my homeland; it’s where I feel most at home. I’m multilingual and always excited to learn new languages.
