Can my membership be used at any location?

Your membership can be used at any of our locations.

When can I schedule my treatment?

You can schedule your treatment as soon as you buy the membership online. You can visit us for your WrinkleFix treatments once every three months, and for your SkinFix treatments every month.

Where can Toxin be injected?

It can be injected in 3 areas the Glabella, Crows Feet and/or Forehead as well as towards Lip Flip and Gummy Smile.

Can I buy more than one membership?

Yes, you can have a an active WrinkleFix Membership and an active Skinfix Membership at the same time. However, only one WrinkleFix membership can be purchased or active at any given time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you cancel anytime after the first treatment or the first three installments and your first treatment. If you need to cancel within the first quarter before your treatment, you will be refunded the full amount. In case of a failed payment, your membership/s will be automatically canceled after 6 attempts of failure in receiving the monthly installments and you will lose all the membership benefits. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Membership Cancellation: Your Name. Please also include your email address and the reason for the cancellation. The membership cancellation will be processed within 2-4 business days. If you have made three or more monthly payments, you’re eligible to come in and get treatment before you cancel your membership.

Can I buy the membership at the reception?

Yes, our Beauty Bookers at the reception can assist you buy memberships through our website. Here’s the link.

I have been paying for the membership, but I have never had the treatment. Can I get something else for that cost?

It is your responsibility to schedule your treatment once every quarter for the WrinkleFix or every month for the SkinFix Membership. Unfortunately, we won't be able to switch your membership out for another treatment or use the $$ towards another service. Let us know your concern so that we can further assist you.

Can I use Affirm, Sezzle, Quadpay, or any other plan for your membership?

No, membership can be bought on our website using a credit or a debit card only.

I just got my treatment, can I cancel the membership now?

If you are a WrinkleFix Unlimited Toxins member and you have received treatment in that quarter but haven’t made the quarterly payments, the membership wouldn’t be canceled until all payments are received. For instance, if you are a member with BeautyFix for four months, and have had two treatments in Month 1 and Month 4, your membership will be canceled after Month 6, when all 6 installments towards your payment are received. If you are SkinFix member, your membership will be cancelled once we receive the payment made in that month.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, you can pause your membership after the first quarter or first three installments. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for pausing your membership. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Membership Pause: Your Name. Please also include your email address and the reason in the email body. Please give us 2-4 business days to pause your membership. Your account wouldn’t be charged once the membership is paused.

I am a legacy member, can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The difference will be adjusted before the treatment at the reception desk and they can help you upgrade your membership at any time. You can also reach out to us at [email protected] for upgrading your membership. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: Membership Update: Your Name. Please also include your email address and the reason in the email body. Please give us 2-4 business days to update your membership. Your monthly payments will be updated automatically after the membership is updated.

Can I buy the legacy memberships again?

The legacy memberships cannot be bought online or in-person anymore.
